Works with black&decker cm1105b-cl?

Works find in my B & D Coffee Maker

Will it work with fine ground coffee?

I'm not sure - I only use regular ground coffee, but it does have a very fine mesh so I think fine grounds would stay in the filter.

does this fit hamilton beach 12 cup coffee maker?

Well, I have a Mr. Coffee. It makes up to 12 cups. I would imagine it would fit most coffee makes that use basket filters.
