Does the can open via poptop, or do you need a can opener or possibly a rock

The can has a solid soldered top. A can opener would work best but you can use a rock if you want crumbs instead of crackers.

How easily do these break up? I'm looking for options if my dentures were to break. (End of the world is a crazy place!)

Don't know. Bought them for 30-year shelf life. But my experience with other brands i.e. Richmor (which, sadly, are no longer available) I think you would be able to munch them without teeth.

What are the ingredients for these?

Enriched flour, palm oil,salt,dextrose,baking soda, and other things... these are round-flat hard tack type crackers.

Depends on when you order, these are warehouses products. You're not likely to get an exact date given when you place your order they're pulling you product off a shelf. The only way to get a definite date would be to go through the manufacturer directly.
