Outerbridge's Devilishly Hot Sherry Pepper Sauce, 5 fl oz

A thin, wonderfully flavored sauce from Bermuda. Great in soups, salads and chili. Nicely hot with a good flavor.

Try a splash on a bowl of clam chowder!

Product did not come in its original box (I buy these when we are in Bermuda) and the product is CLOUDY either from oxidation or it's OLD. There is no date of any kind on the bottle to ensure its freshness.

I first had this sauce in Bermuda- where it's made- and now I can't have scrambled eggs or lobster bisque without it. A superb addition to any cook's shelf.

HEAVY Cloves seasoning. Use sparingly.

The best hot sauce. No vinegar, just the undertone of rum. Best for beef soups or stews. But works in WonTon soup, too.

As advertised, devilishly hot! And, as expected from Outerbridge's, excellent quality and packaging.

I love this sauce - especially on curry. Amazon is best way to order this in the states.
