You can observe the cartridge, which has a marking over it for filter change. **Q: Where to get replacement cartridge?** A: You can find it online and offline both **Q: Where do we get cartridge?** A: I was looking for it in Amazon, but couldn' t get it. After 3/4 months of usage, the catridge doesn' t work any longer, water got blocked on the upper chamber!! **Q: Is it an assembled, ready to use product? Does it come with a user manual and a warranty card?** A: No it is not assembled and not ready to use. Neither comes with use manual nor warranty card. And filteration bulb life is too low as i use. It's first bulb valid for 1500 ltr but work for only 700-800 ltr and no one is there for listning and said bulb warrenty is only one month so we are unable to help you. Simple installation. *by A***P on 17 April 2015* First of all 10/5 for Amazon delivery service. Ordered the item on 9th Apr at 12:30am and got the item on 9th Apr 2pm using standard delivery. Of course as I stay in Mumbai so delivery is quick, but never expected this quick! Thanks a lot Amazon and keep up the good work.Coming to the product review, the packaging was good and there was a step by step manual about how to fit and assemble the filter. This is non electric purifier as mentioned already but water filteration seems to be good. It is comparitively small in height but little broader in width compared to other 15L products. The top case just sits on the bottom container so care needs to be taken to check and fill the upper container or else it would lead to overflow and sillage once the water filters and collects in the bottom container.
