Good Simple Goat Cheese
This is a good basic flavored goat cheese. The one problem I have is how hard to it to get out of the wrapping. It makes a very gooey mess. It’s very soft and spreads easily on crackers. It’s a good quality cheese. Works in many recipes, like pasta, salad and of course charcuterie boards. Good value.

Goat cheese for lactose intolerant family member.
This goat cheese was greatly appreciated by my daughter, who is lactose intolerant. While at family gatherings, other cheeses are presented, she cannot eat them because of the lactose symptoms she gets. So goat cheese has become her favorite, and safest, cheese for her to eat. This brand was perfect for her.
