This is a common pratice, as no harm is done to the white envelope simply by being folded in half., it is still perfectly serviceable. Bob **Q: Would these suit sending printed wall art? One page wall art with one sheet backing board, inside cellophane then inside one of these.** A: I use these for just that purpose, however I also include another sheet of thin A4 card, just for extra safety. So, the picture is first wrapped in a folded A3 sheet of acid free tracing paper, then I insert that into the envelope and add the additional card on the other side of the picture to the hard backing on the envelope (I'm sure you guessed that!). Also, for added safety, I tape the envelope flap down with sellotape. I think the existing sticky strip is probably sufficient, but it's rather narrow and I don't like to take chances. The quality of the cardboard back is good and supportive and the first couple of orders were great quality all round. I have since had a couple of batches that were slightly less good quality (not sure if just a bad batch or something) the cardboard was still supportive but they were more narrow at the top which makes the prints more difficult to get into the envelope. The pull off strip was also shorter making it slightly more time consuming to take off. They also arrived with the flap not folded over so I had to fold them all - this isn't a problem but it makes it more time consuming and also they flair up at the bottom because of this so i had to tape them down. If the quality was always as good as the first few batches then these are perfect! The most recent batch was fine so I'm hoping it was a bad batch rather than the quality of the product changing to a cheaper alternative or something. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I'll be back for more....for sure *by N***K on 22 February 2024* Use a lot of these. Nice and strong, good adhesion and the peel n seal make the job nice and eaasy. Highly recommended. Never had a complaint from a client abut bent certificates. Theres the proof. I'll be having more. So many envelopes now are bring made cheap and flimsy but these were really strong.
