The Proxicast ANT-121-M22 appears to be well made and it does improve cellular reception. My only issue is that the hardware nut used to secure the screw mount did not meet my expectation. My thought is that the supplied nut and lockwasher are cut to facilitate installation over the antenna cable. I replaced the supplied nut and lockwasher with a standard M12x1.0 nut. Need companion connectors for most applications. *by A***R on January 4, 2024* I used to get disconnected while playing video games in my semi truck over the road. Since I've upgraded to this new antenna my hotspot has not disconnected me once! I haven't mounted it, it's just laying on some cloth in an overhead storage compartment. I haven't been back to Georgia yet which is where the worst 4g-5g reception I've ever had is. So I don't know if it can mitigate the poor reception there.
