Does it come with an adapter...i dont want to be wasteful with batteries.

A set of batteries lasts for about three months..

Not able to change prayer time after changing the battery. i live in salt lake city, usa .. there is a range number between -59 to 59.. it stuck at 59

Maybe you can try to reset the clock, take the batteries again, or call customer service

Hi, do i have to connect it with the wi-fi? is it possible to manually enter the azan times? thank you

No the Azan Clock cannot be connected to wifi but you can go through the manual to set it and also each Azan time can be enteted manually. Manyal is very useful. Highly recommend this product my whole family use it
