Item is not compatible with the glucosemeter
Dear Amazon Customer Service, I request your kind assistance regarding Order placed on 17 June 2026 for Control D Test Strips (50 Count). I purchased these strips by mistake, believing they would be compatible with my Dr Trust Glucometer 9002. After opening the pack, I found that they do not fit my device and are therefore unusable for me. I understand that the return window has closed and that this is a medical product. However, I am a regular Amazon customer and respectfully request a one-time exception for a return, refund, or Amazon Pay balance as a goodwill gesture. The strips are of no use to me, and I would be very grateful for your consideration. Thank you for your time and understanding. I look forward to your positive response. Regards, Balbir Singh
