It's an okay stethoscope. Build quality is not upto littmann. Wonder if it's original. Lifetime warranty programme is there. But product registration is only showing usa. Free parts request also not showing india. So why would we spend this much for it ? If it's original , it should have a parts supply in India.

Je suis absolument ravie de mon nouvel achat ! Ce stéthoscope professionnel est une vraie pépite. Dès que je l'ai utilisé pour la première fois, j'ai été surprise par sa précision acoustique. Les sons sont nets et clairs, ce qui est crucial pour les diagnostics fiables. La conception est pensées pour le confort d'utilisation de longues journées de travail, et les embouts auriculaires sont très agréable. Bon rapport qualité prix, je le recommande sans hésitation !

El producto en si esta muy bien, no he probado otras marcas ya que me iniciado con esta basándome un poco en los comentarios que hablaban de buena calidad/precio. Se escucha muy bien por la zona para adultos, tiene la función para bebes pero no he tenido la ocasión de probarlo ya que aun estoy esperando que el vendedor me mande las membranas que me prometió de manera gratuita. Es una pena como un mal servicio postventa puede deteriorar tanto un producto. No se lo recomiendo a nadie por esto mismo, promesas absurdas en el anuncio y en mensajes y a la hora de la verdad entiendes porque otras marcas son mas caras, en parte pagaras la marca pero seguro que parte de ese dinero es darte un buen servicio siempre. Si vais a comprar el producto como hice yo, no esperéis en que os mande nada, es mejor devolver el producto y el que te mande de nuevo llegue con todo. Así hice yo en 2 ocasiones, ya por fin tengo todo en casa.

A good, not great, quality stethoscope. A clear strong pick-up when auscultating the chest and bowel sounds, as for heart sounds ...its okay. It's well made and although it's not a Litmans, its not far off. The head and diaphragm aren't quite the same quality but then then its half the price. I've used mine everyday for just over a year in all conditions ( I'm a Paramedic ) It's been thrown in the bottom of my bag, stood on, dropped, caught in door handles etc and it's taken me over a year to break it so its pretty robust. I'm here to order another replacement so that's the best recommendation I can offer. Why aren't I buying a Litmans....it breaks my ( penny pinching Yorkshire) heart when I leave them on scene...

I'm a 3rd year med student and I keep one at home to take BP, listen to lungs, and practice with. I have a Littman Cardiology IV and ADC 600 Cardiology (which I think is best and have used to pick up murmurs and bruits in a clinical setting) and it's not fair to directly compare this stethoscope to those. BUT, for $40 bucks, this thing is great. It's quite loud, especially for breath sounds. And the headset is comfortable.
