It works
It works, ( I suffer with IBS) and this is the first thing that has kept me more regular without extremes. It tastes nice and is very gentle on the stomach & bowels

Excellent stuff.
When Calfig got sold and the recipe was changed, it was useless. This tastes like the original & sure does do the trick. Well worth the money.
