Good pot, can make biriyani with more than 2 kg rice.

Okay, so i had been looking for a big vessel to do mass cooking for a while and i came across this.I genuinely LOVE this stew pot and recently bought another one to gift to my mother.Advantages :1. Its really big can easily cook 2 kgs of chicken and 2 kgs of rice in it, haven't experimented with more qty. But its capable of alot!2. Because the bottom is so broad, your veges or chicken will not pile up one on top of the other and get evenly cooked, and cooked very well.3. I have noticed while cooking chicken that it cooks faster than in kadai, infact the heat distribution is even and heats up quite well which reduces the cooking time.4. Its very sturdy! and great looking. The lid is perfect too.5. Very easy to clean, since you can reach every place of this stew pot.6. Another great thing is that since its hard anodised, things dont really stick at the bottom. Ofcourse not like a non stick but far away from how food stick on steel. I've actually not had problem of chicken or even biryani really sticking at the bottom, which i feel is fabulous!!Disadvantages :1. Size is big, so make sure you have storage space in your kitchen.2. Instruction manual says, you cannot store this in refrigerator. You if you cooked a huge qty, you have to have a storable container. (Lol, yes i read the manual of it too :p)3. Slightly difficult to adjust while cleaning it on a standard size kitchen sink.Verdict - I totally love it, i bought 2 of these as i said. Been using it for 2 months now. Great for biryani, cooking veg and non veg gravys. Shallow frying etc. Cons i wrote are ignorable and isnt a deal breaker. This is my fav vessel now in the kitchen, go for it!!

Good utensil

Looks beautiful. Size is big enough to cook for 8 very big eaters. The weight is nice and has a heavy bottom so food won't get burned fast. The lid is of very very good quality. You can use it regularly without getting it stained with burns. The heat distribution is perfectly spread out.
