This voice changer is best a $2 kiddy find. It says something in Chinese, I think. Probably just laughing at the buyer. I've seen better voice changers.in the kiddie toy section in the grocery or pharmacy store. It won't let me leave a 0 for a review so I have to leave a 1 star.
