Jacgood Chafing dish Impressed by this dish's many features: 1) First off is the foldable nature of the server itself. The legs and support system bends under and can be collapsed to a flatter piece. It can then be placed on top of the main dish for storage. This is a huge feature considering all the items needed for other things- saving space is important. 2) It has a lid holding mechanism. It does take a bit getting used to at first. But once we set it up properly- no trouble. The lid is always a problem when serving. What to do with it? Never a spot to set it without getting a mess everywhere or taking up a space on the buffet. Keeping it right on the dish is perfect. 3) Its Stainless steel. The good quality material makes a difference for holding the heat better and for cleaning. It will last longer and does not damage easily. Aluminum and other materials don't always hold up as well. The stainless steel also looks attractive too! 4) These are good looking buffet dishes. The stainless steel can be shined up to have a nice sheen. 5) As noted in the description, the edges truly are not sharp at all. Small point yes, but nice not to worry about a finger cut on a busy day! 6) Double heat source holders underneath. The rack beneath is secure and heavy enough for support. 7) Good, Typical Large Buffet size chafing dish. Holds alot of hot food or cold food with ice. 8) Good quality, Good value- Recommend !!

I'm so excited for this chafing dish, I know that sounds silly to say but I run an off-road even each year and we put out food for everyone during the event, so this is going to be super helpful for that. The last few years we have used disposable chafing dishes and they worked, sort of, but they were NOT ideal. They didn't have lids and the pans kept folding under the weight of the food when we try to transfer them for refilling the warming pans, the heat kept going out, and the stands were very wobby... These are going to be a game changer, without breaking the bank! This actually has a solid domed lid that won't blow away in the wind (all our events are outdoors) and there is room enough for 2 Sterno heat sources. These aren't the super big and heavy industrial ones that I used to use when catering, its lighter weight and more of a lower to mid range equipment, but still solid enough to be used many times over. It's perfect for personal usage, church functions, family reunions, small weddings that aren't professionally catered, etc etc. So many options. They look nice and the stainless steel trays are good quality and everything feels like its built well for what it is. I love that they can be folded up and stored fairly easily as I have a few of these now and need to store them when it's not "eventing" season. I plan on putting some sort of "quick release" option where the heating tray attaches to the legs just for quicker assembly and disassembly, maybe small carabiners? I am so excited to finally be able to use them for my event next month as I know they are going to make my life so much easier (other than having a few extra dishes to wash hahaha). They are dishwasher safe and easy to clean as any other stainless steel is, though I'm sure one could use the disposable liners to make cleanup even easier.

These stainless steel chafing dishes are excellent. I’ve purchased from this company before and they are very reliable. These are easy to assemble, look amazing, have some weight to them like the really expensive ones, and they are balanced and stable (no wobbling). I was surprised by the price. Normally ONE would cost more than this two pack! This is an excellent value for the money and should last for many years. Note that they do NOT come with the fuel, but they have the containers to place the fuel in. Also, they are not golden as they appear in my photos. I have them on a buffet line and the overhead light has a golden tint. I highly recommend this product and brand.

The pans fit together well and look good. A few extra nuts and bolts are included for assembly just in case ones get lost, but I tightened them with a wrench and they are unlikely to come loose. There was minor damage to the trays that hold the sterno fuel cans which did not affect assembly or function. The bottom trays were wedged tight together and had to be prised apart with a tool. There is one complaint: On every tray, the plastic film that covers the trays on the bottom side was caught in the rolled edge and was not completely removed. I spent several hours cleaning up the edges and removing the plastic residue. It's as if the quality inspector looked away. I've not seen that on previous chafing dishes. But that's the only complaint. The pans are beautiful. They are bright and shiny. The handles are the same composition and color as the pans. They give an air of a great feast and celebration.

I'm a sucker for a good chafing dish. I already had one chafing dish and I find myself in the need of more many times during a party. I also cook competition barbecue and we're always feeding people different things. That being said the quality of these two chafing dishes were top notch they were right up there compared with my other catering level one. These two units came with all the pieces that you need and the holders for the sterno. The metal seems just as thick as the other ones I have. The price is really decent for getting both of these so I wouldn't hesitate to buy them or get more if I need it. I need to also add that all the metal edges were not sharp and they look like it had a good deal of finishing on them.

It was a minor bummer, but honestly, it’s not a big enough deal to outweigh how great the rest of the unit is. ​Overall, I'm really impressed with the quality and style. I can’t wait to put it to use at our next get-together!
