Vanity mirror lights not working

Looks like the picture , it’s what you’d expect for the price. The screws provided for vanity mirror to be attached does not fit, and after assembly and installing bulbs, the lights on vanity mirror do not work . Daughter was very disappointed and having a challenging time contacting company for assistance . Frustrating .
