Thanks! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Beautiful, solid, great Baldwin customer Support *by F***K on July 18, 2019* Great looking handleset. Heavy. Substantial. It has a special plastic-like coating for years of good looks. HOWEVER The outside deadbolt/keyway broke loose from the cardboard packaging during shipment, and scarred the handleset - the protective, permanent coating Baldwin uses. Then... Baldwin customer support (no wait) asked me to send a picture of the damage. They stayed on the phone throughout my fat-fingered attempts to send a photo. She verified the permanent finish was indeed damaged, and ordered me an entirely new handleset right then and there. It'll take some time to fulfill, but that is what it is. As far as I'm concerned, Baldwin excelled. I did recommend that Baldwin review their packaging - something failed, not the hardware, but the packaging.
