Can they still eat this?** A: I can't see why not. Although you may want to Google diets for Lovebirds. I think they like a lot of fresh fruit which I had trouble getting my Parrotlets to eat. BTW, I've had two of these lovely little companions. The first we had almost 12 years; the 2nd we lost in July this year after 5 years. I miss both of them; I've had birds all my life. No doubt we'll find another, I'm just not ready. **Q: Does this seed have any type of sugar or food coloring?** A: Yes, it has orange food coloring. We stopped using it because it can cause cancer. We switched to Goldenfeast for small hookbills.
