They are SO good! The smell of the everything bagels is so enticing that if I don't get them in the freezer quickly, I'm tempted to eat the whole bag in a sitting or two. For those who say they are too hard, the trick is to heat them after thawing them. I leave them out for 10 or 15 minutes, then nuke them for about 10 seconds. ( I've never tried baking them, as the instructions say.) They taste as fresh as if you'd just picked them up from the bakery.
