Very Informative!!!
Staying organized has always been a struggle for me, but this book made it feel doable. The life hacks are simple, practical, and donโt require a complete lifestyle overhaulโjust small changes that make a big difference. I love that it focuses on realistic strategies instead of perfection. Iโve already noticed less stress and more control over my space and schedule. If you have ADHD and feel overwhelmed by clutter (physical or mental), this is 100% worth reading!

Excellent book!
I've only read about half of this so far, but I absolutely love it. The content is really fresh and more up-to-date with today's society than other 'self-help' books. There's no jargon or weird/confusing concepts to get your head around either, which I love. It's very accessible and well thought out, such as the checklists at the end. Even if you don't have ADHD, you will definitely get a lot of use out of this book, even with simple things like procrastination or stress reduction. I HIGHLY recommend it!

This book is a very well-written and easy to understand guide to how ADHD adults can organize themselves. It's breezy, engaging and humorous, and includes cartoons at the end of each chapter - nice touch! The book is fairly comprehensive too - it covers the neurodivergent challenges faced by ADHD adults, and then addresses a wide variety of practical tools you can use - digital organizers, decluttering, managing time, organizing your home and work lives, incorporating hobbies and a social life, etc. If you are struggling with any of these issues, getting this book is a no-brainer!

I got a lot out of this book as I have to keep organized when doing tasks and keeping my house organized and work for that matter. This book gives you an overall picture of what it is like to be like this and tips/tricks to overcome this. For example, checklists, mindset for success, and overcoming procrastination. Great read!

As as ADHD type personality, this book as a godsend. I loved the tone of it, loved the way the author almost chats to you. It makes it so much more personal. Lots of sound advice there too, which I took on board and some of which I started to implement. Definitely one worth reading for anyone living with ADHD.

Oh, my word, Sterling Cheney GETS how my brain works! Effortless ADHD Organization feels like a lifeline thrown directly to me as I spend half my life looking for lost keys and forgetting why I walked into a room. The genius of this book? It doesn't lecture. It understands. Those little cartoons? Hilarious. Those 30-minute strategies? Doable. I can turn a clean desk into a disaster zone in 10 minutes flat, and these strategies have genuinely changed my life. The checklists are like having a patient, nonjudgmental friend whispering, "You've got this"โwithout the eye-rolling. For anyone with ADHD who's tired of feeling like organization is some mythical superpower they'll never possess - this book is your new best friend. Seriously. Buy it. Read it. Live it. Five stars and a high five to Sterling Cheney! ๐
