Used this tool for multiple different races and seals on a c3 vette and works pretty well for most. There was one bearing in the rear hub assembly that had a more aggressive taper that it wouldn’t work on but the quality was there.

Great tool, easy to use, quality construction

I bought this kit to replace the bearings on my new utility trailer, and it worked perfectly. The kit consists of a handle with a bolt and 9 sizes of drive disks (39.5mm, 44.5mm, 50mm, 59mm, 63mm, 65mm, 72mm, 76mm, 78mm, and 81mm). Each of the disks is marked with its size. I'm guessing they're made of stainless. To use it, you just pick a disk that can sit on the outer edge of your bearing race while also fitting down in the hub. Attach the disk to the handle with the bolt (finger tight is fine). Lightly tap the race with soft hammer to get it started, and then pound it in with this tool. Done. If you've never done this before, there's a lot of videos on YouTube demonstrating how to do a complete bearing replacement. I've now done it once, and it was easy. In my case, I had a small 30205 bearings on a Northern Tool trailer. I used the 50mm disc in the kit. There's not a lot to these press kits so you don't need a name brand or anything expensive. I would have given this set 5 stars, but the edge of the 63mm disk was kind of chewed up (in contrast to the rest which were pristine). I'm guessing that piece was either previously used or marred in the factory. It should still work fine.

Excellent aluminum seal and race driver set. Don't rent this at AutoZone, just buy this and have it forever. I don't know why I haven't dropped $25 on this up until now. I used it to drive in two differential pinion races, the axle bearings, and the axle seals on a Ford 8.8. It had perfect sizes for all of these tasks, and the aluminum drivers didn't damage anything.

Used this kit for putting new bearing and races in our travel trailer. Worked very well and handy to have. Made the job a breeze.

Excellent quality and great price. Recommend for sure.

This is a brilliant tool for blind bearing removal and install, I had to buy some 10mm studding for my particular job but the drifts are made off alloy but very precise, good range of sizes.

simple kit, effective. well machined. I use it frequently for driving in various size seals.

They look amazing and the surface quality as inside the Swiss watch. But as it happens, I bough this kit based on my assumption that my bearing was bad. It turned out, rust expansion pushed dust protection lip towards my 09 Escape rear brake rotor and the lip started rubbing it. It was not a bearing fault. How I have both items on my shelf, lol. Not everyone may see a difference between assumptions and facts!
