It is the most refreshing. and for a a mere 15 minutes your breath won't smell like dog poop. But those 15 minutes, you will look like an uncivalized cow chewing cud. I hate seeing people chew gum. I hated it when I was a kid and chewed gum myself. I was the exception, because I could not see myself. So would chew away, always Spearment. Wintergreen is an abomination. I hate it. But spearmint, chomp chomp chomp. If you have teeth, and it brings you joy... you do you. I will never stop you if you are not hurting anyone else. Chew away. Why did I buy this? My other half. He works in service/security, very closely with people, and he wants to be fresh (let me say this is a 45 year old that has never had a cavity in his life, I hate him for this, but his breath is fine, but he still worries, probably because of me).
