I purchased a ton of Earth Mama's line before my child was born - I love how natural the ingredients are! My little one has had bad cradle cap. Finally, I did what needed to be done: 15- 30 minutes before bath time, I used their baby oil and massaged it into the scalp. During bath time, I used the scent-less castille soap alongside the special cradle cap sponge (purchased elsewhere on Prime) to wash the oil out while massaging the scalp. After drying, dressing, feeding, and as he slept, I put small amounts of this cream onto my fingers and massaged it into different locations of his scalp. Then I took the special comb I purchased with the sponge - one that's used for lice, I believe - and started gently combing away in all different directions It took some dedication of time, but I KID YOU NOT that this issue has gone away in one usage and has not returned. So this is easy to use, effective, works for a long time, and has given amazing relief to baby and mommy!

Product arrived with the packaging pretty beat up, but the product inside was still sealed. I appreciate how this product contains clean ingredients that I can feel good about using on my baby. The product is very effective at moisturizing and I have even found myself using it as a hand cream because it does such a great job of making my hands soft. The tube itself is a nice size, especially for throwing in your purse or diaper bag for on the go. As for fragrance, while this is fragrance free, I do find it to have a bit of a not so great scent. It kind of lingers after applying. I am not sure what ingredient is causing it, but I do wish it was truly fragrance free.

I didn’t actually get this for a baby, I got it for myself – a full-grown woman who’s battled mysterious skin issues all her life. So, I usually buy products marketed towards babies and/or sensitive skin, and this looked like a really clean, nice cream to have on hand. There is zero scent, aside from something mild (paper? cardboard?) that you can only smell if you put your nose right up to where it’s applied. The cream is spreadable so it feels lightweight, but it leaves a nice coverage on the skin so it feels protected, but not coated (as long as you don’t use too much). Definitely start with less and go from there, it does spread nicely. Plus, if you apply it to slightly damp/just-towel-dried skin, it goes even farther and penetrates a bit better (this is a good tip for people of any age). My BIL’s partner is having their first baby next month, and I think I’ll have to get a tube of this to have on hand in case it winds up being needed. If not, it’s just a good cream to have on hand for a baby, or anyone with sensitive/sensitized skin. Purchased through Vine for a discount (3/23/26); $14.99/2 oz.
