No nicks or gouges, good size, but not terribly flat. Perfect for my needs.
The title pretty much sums up my review. As shown in the attached pictures, this comes in a bit larger than described, at around 12.01875" x 16.0625" x .126" (in freedom units), or around 309mm x 408mm x 3.2mm (in metric). I assume not every sheet will be exactly the same there, as they are almost certainly cut from a larger sheet, but it's nice to see that there is a bit of a buffer on the sheet I received. The protective film is in good shape on both sides of the HDPE sheet, with no nicks, gouges, or cuts that I can find. The only real negative I can find is that the sheet is a bit warped. I tried to capture the warp in one of the included images, but it doesn't really translate terribly well. For what I'm going to be using this for (cut into smaller pieces to use as mounting plates for circuit boards) the warping won't be an issue at all. Since HDPE is a thermoplastic with a relatively low glass transition temperature (that's when something moves from its rigid form to something a bit more rubbery), it is highly likely this one left the vendor as flat as a pancake (yes I know that's not actually that flat, but you get the point), before losing it's shape while in transit, since it's only around an 1/8" thick, it's not going to take a whole lot to deform it. There's no telling what trials and tribulations it may have faced during it's treacherous shipping journey, so a little warping could simply be seen as it's right of passage as it traveled the world. Anyway, it's a sheet of HDPE that will meet my needs admirably. So if you need some HDPE that may or may not be perfectly flat when it makes its way to you, this might be perfect.

Good quality HDPE. Some curvature along both dimensions. Somewhat rough cut edges.
The material is good quality and it arrived well packaged and very smooth on both sides. However there is some curvature along both dimensions; about 1/16" at center along the short dimension and a little under 1/8" along the long dimension. If you need a perfectly flat board this may not work well. Also, the edges are somewhat roughly cut and a little dirty plus one corner looks like it was distorted by an impact prior to shipping. If you want clean edges and corners for aesthetics you'll need to trim them cleanly. I use a router trim bit with HDPE for such purposes which works very well. My measurements are about 1/16" greater than those in the listing along both dimensions so I'll be able to trim the edges clean leaving the panel close to listed dimensions. HDPE is a versatile material which I've used for a wide variety of projects over the years and it is easily worked with standard woodworking tools, provided they are sharp enough to cut without building up excessive heat.

Good Material
This was exactly as described. The size was spot on. The thickness was correct. None of the corners were busted up. It cut fine with a 2 flute end mill. If you need basic HDPE, you found it.

Fine for small parts, but definitely not "flat"
I grabbed this HDPE sheet for some craft projects where I needed a sturdy, slick surface, but I ended up with mixed feelings. While the material quality itself is heavy-duty and exactly what you’d expect from high-density polyethylene, the physical state of the board was a bit of a letdown. The Main Issue: My sheet arrived significantly wavy. I’ve attached a photo, but honestly, it’s one of those things that’s much easier to feel than it is to see on camera. If you’re looking for a perfectly flat surface for precision crafts or accurate cuts, this probably isn't going to cut it (pun intended). The warping makes it a struggle to keep everything lined up. Where it actually works: Small Components: If your plan is to chop this up into smaller pieces—like drawer slides, spacers, or small mounting brackets—the waviness won’t really matter once it’s cut down. Heavy Duty: It’s definitely tough. It’s got that classic HDPE slickness and durability, so it’ll hold up to abuse. The Verdict: It’s a 3-star "it’s okay" for me. If you need a flat, 12" x 16" surface for a specific project, you might want to look elsewhere. But if you just need a slab of HDPE to harvest for smaller industrial parts or drawer runners, it’ll get the job done.

good with minor issue
I really like HDPE as a material to work with on my CNC. Most of what I have is 1/2 inch thick so I thought I'd try this 1/4 inch thick sheet to see how it compares. At this thickness, it's stronger than I expected and may work for many of my projects where I've previously used the thicker material. The white color is consistent and with regards to texture, this one is smooth on both sides (some I have are textured on one or both sides). One corner is thicker than the rest of the material which I'll need to cut off or flatten before cutting a project from it. Overall, a small quality control issue, but otherwise a solid product. OK HDPE Project Stock
Typical smooth mill-finish HDPE sheet. No texture and no protective liner on either side. Some surface scrapes. Saw cut edges. Slightly larger than than the advertised 16" x 6" dimension, but the thickness is slightly under at 0.240"-0.243". Perfect for making templates (my use) or anti-mar pads (which I'll use the template cutoffs for).

Good quality, a tad thin in spots
The sheet of HDPE received is as described. It's typical white HDPE with a smooth surface on both sides. It's a tad thin in spots by 1/128" while it is the stated thickness in other spots. It won't be an issue for my use making drawer runners. The piece received is flat, unlike the wavy surface some of the reviews noted. It is slightly over 6 x 12" in size, 1/16" on the short side and just under an 1/8" on the long axis. I don't use this type of material often, but it's handy to have a small piece on hand. It's hard to find small pieces of HDPE locally so it was worth the cost.
