I contacted Anker via the in-app "Help and Feedback" function. Anker responded within a business day, indicating that my case had been forwarded to their technical services department. Within two days, I received a response and was able to resolve the problem. For users experiencing similar issues, ensure that the Power Station is disconnected from all active AC, DC and solar inputs. Once disconnected, the Expansion Battery can be turned off. After turning it off, reconnect the Power Station.
