They are really thin fabric...not what we expected at all.

Very light weight. Definitely wouldn't open/close on a daily basis. They serve their purpose and easy to install, even WITHOUT ANY instructions that ARE NOT included. Overall, not a bad purchase but they do seem a little fragile. Also was explained that top rail would be shipped in two separate pieces because of the length I ordered..... It was shipped in two pieces because IT'S TWO SEPARATE SETS OF BLINDS. So you'll have two sets of draw strings to deal with and because of that, one blind will be backwards and won't rotate the same direction as the other. WTF? Again, this detail doesn't bother me because I'll never rotate them (that's the fragile looking area) and drawing them open from the middle to each end works fine. In the long run, I'll give these a life expectancy of 4-6 years, depending on location and use, and even less around children.

Great quality and easy install
Better quality than expected! These blinds fit perfectly and were super easy to install. They offer great light control and privacy while giving my room a clean, modern vibe. Sturdy material and looks fantastic. Highly recommend
