The first one I ordered came and it wouldn't function at all. So I called and they couldn't get up with the suppliers to help see if there was something I could do, so they sent me another one. It works better than the first but still, the buttons don't function and I have to operate it with the remote or touchscreen. It's a cheap touchscreen radio, I was expecting a lot from the price but at least send a product that actually functions as it intended. I would not recommend this product. I've already changed my dash kit so I don't want to put the old unit back in.
