WOW!!! First, this just looks super cool. The bubbles look just like the Nitro infused drinks. I've tried the H2 tablets but they take 2 minutes to dissolve and this was ready to drink in 10 to 15 seconds. The taste and aroma was there and it was well balanced. It wasn’t too flavorful nor overly sweet, but it had nice flavor. The electrolytes make this approachable for the entire family to consume any time of the day. I see they refer to 3rd party testing referencing an analytical lab, but it would be nice to somehow have more information regarding that. Regardless, just looking at the immense level of bubbles that are generated, you can tell these VATE hydrogen powder packets generate a lot of Hydrogen. I created a video mixing so you can see all the bubbles. I placed a light underneath the glass and mixed a packet with water. It looks super cool and leaves no question. This is a new GoTo item for the entire family.

This is great if you are looking for a full spectrum electrolyte that hydrates you at a deeper lever. I try to take extremely good care of myself and have used electrolytes for years - some have been better than others. I was attracted to Vate because is has no artificial sweetners, is vegan friendly, has no gmo and is sugar and gluten free. After using it for a while, I do feel as if I recover quicker after my workouts and I definitely feel and look more hydrated. I plus is also that it has far less sodium than others I have used. The packets are very convenient as I can bring pre-measured amounts with me anywhere. It mixes easily with water and does not leave any powder, or grit in it. I also like that it isn't overly sweet, like many supplement mix-ins are. Overall, I feel that these hydrogen electrolytes have actually made a noticeable difference after consistent use.

The good... - As far as functionality, this product contains an outstanding blend of essential ingredients to effectively hydrate - It comes in convenient packets great for carrying in your bag, purse, or even pocket. The bad... - This needs to be dissolved in exactly 16 oz of water, so you need an appropriately sized water bottle to use it. - It does not mix easily, and chunks of powder remain unless it is stirred for an extended period of time. The ugly... - It looks very unappealing and smells even worse. It smells like a mixture of multivitamins and flavored gelatin powder. - The taste? I can't say. It smells so horrible, it refuse to taste it. No way!

The Hydrogen Water Tablets by VATE, are a great way for me to get extra hydrogen combined with other great recovery properties. The taste is good for this type of product, but not great. The bobbing abilities are strong and refreshing. It makes me feel great and appears to have provide some noticeable positive recovery.
