Oddy White Chalk Dust Less (Set of 10 Boxes)

Superb, excellent quality; almost dustfree.

The chalk itself is very good - strong, writes well and is quite dustless. But the packaging is very poor. I sent back the product the first time because it reached me all broken. The second time around too, it reached me with several pieces broken - i believe, due to poor packaging.

Very good product. I was trying such chalk from long time and finally I got it. It is smooth and dustless. I recommend the items as well as seller to provide within time limit with proper packaging.

I am utterly disappointed with the quality and service provided by Oddy Dustless Chalk and Amazon. I purchased this product with high hopes, only to be met with disappointment at every turn. Upon receiving the package, I was shocked to find that every single chalk piece was broken, and dust was scattered everywhere. I thought it might have been a one-time mishap and requested a replacement. However, the replacement arrived in the same sorry state - broken chalk pieces and dust everywhere. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and requested another replacement, but to my dismay, the same issue persisted. At this point, it was evident that the product's packaging or quality control was severely lacking. Frustrated and fed up with the constant inconvenience, I opted for a refund. But to add insult to injury, Amazon deducted shipping charges for both replacements, leaving me with only about half the amount as a refund. This entire experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. I expected better from both Oddy and Amazon. The product quality is abysmal, and the customer service is non-existent. I will not be recommending this product to anyone, and I urge others to steer clear as well. Zero stars for Oddy Dustless Chalk and Amazon's handling of the situation. Truly disappointing and unacceptable.

Better transportation

Chalks are very good. Reached quickly and intact. So far, didn't find a single broken chalk (have opened and checked 2 of 10 boxes). They write pretty well, last much longer and are to a very good extent dust free. Am satisfied with the purchase.
