I purchased these as pull up assist bands, and for that, they do a great job, but I have also found many other great uses for the bands. Anchor them to a cage or a door and they could be incredibly beneficial. For pull us assist bands they are very easy to use and are helpful in taking your efforts to failure. Super easy to store and take with you. Various strengths for several different exercise options. Seem to be very thick and durable , great value

Love these things. Great supplement/accessory piece for your at home gym. The bands are sturdy and the weight range is perfect for many different exercises. Currently using them for tricep push downs and lat work plus this back rehab routine I do for a lingering injury. These work perfectly for my needs. They’re pretty long so may be a drawback if your doorways aren’t that tall. Great price for a great product
