Great lightweight locks for bike touring
Worked very well. We used two for our tandem during a 2-week tour of the Netherlands, and they were great. Very lightweight. We usually were able to store the bike overnight in a shed or protected area, and used these for that, but they were also great when we stopped for a meal or to lock them while traveling by train. Only once did we get our our third, more traditional (heavier) coiled cord lock. We really like the light weight and sturdiness of these.

Great idea but poor execution
This luck is certainly convenient and saves a lot of space. Initially, it works fine. After a few months if use, I went to unlock it and the button would not press. Played around with the numbers until, fortunately, I happened upon a combination that worked. So, the lock spontaneously changes the combination. I could be a real bummer if you come out to your bike and can't unlock it. This happened to me twice. Fortunately, the second time it was when I was applying the lock not removing it. It also becomes very difficult to insert and remove the scrap from the lock mechanism after a while. I have purchased two of these hoping the second would be better. But, it's not. I'm throwing it out and using my reliable cable combination lock.

That's it's a piece of crap
Locking mechanism jams and combination spontaneously changes itself. Had to cut it off because I couldn't unlock it. Wasted alot of stress wondering how in the world was I going to be able to cut off a "Kevelar" lock. Ha! Looked at online videos (which I'm guessing every amateur bike thief has seen), went to local hardware store and bough a $12 pair of tin snips. Bingo-bango. Lock cut. One - handed by this 59 year old female. What a joke of a product. Fortunately I was only robbed of the purchase price and not my bike. These people and anyone who sells it as being a "lock" should be sued for false advertising.

Does not feel too secure.
The lock feels like one good tug and you could pull it apart.

Lightweight security.
Easy to use, and lightweight.

Awesome lock!
Can lock up both wheels and the frame to something with the longest version of this lock.

ehhhhh just soso...the combination reset/moved once as others mentioned, at first very stiff
I have mixed feelings on this lock, it's lightweight, easy to store on the bike and is a lock. I understand this is a lock for quick stops and not heavy duty. My issue was I had the combo move/reset once on its own. If it does this again I'll defiantly file a warranty claim but kinda nerve racking as if I was out I don't know what I would have done. For the price it shouldn't have happened, 80 for the lock and another 20 for the bike mount...at that price it should work perfectly. Also at first the insertion mechanism was extremely stiff.. it seems to have worked in a bit and is better but at first it was terrible to get the end in/out of the lock.

Great Ottolocks
I bought one of these locks as a birthday gift for my husband. He thought it was great so I decided to buy myself one to protect me electric bike. I went for the longest one this time which I think is the best as we can lock both bikes together to a fixed point as well. Highly recommend

Erst gut, dann……
