Good product design for ordinary people who also panic "forgot where is my key"
Following the instructions and guidance provided by the apps, you would be able to fix it and sticking it to your original lock. What I like is you will not need to anyone to install it. You just need to be claim and don't panic when you think you're a bite confused since you're not the expert. Honestly it is just designed for someone who is not an expert about lock. I also like it, when you are on you bed but suddenly wondering whether the door had been locked or not, you no need to pop-down, you can easily check it on your apps. You no need to worrying about "I forgot to grab my key". Good product! Fantastic!

Did the job
Functional, but a little flimsy. Granted, i could have done with a larger cylinder, but it is still a huge weight on your door. It did as intended though, and there are very few of these on the market.

Pretty easy install and setup.
Clever piece of kit. I've got some mobility issues so this really helps me. I had to buy an additional piece for the barrel off Amazon. I've added a keypad with a thumb scanner to the front of the door also but don't think I really needed that.

Best for Lift-to-Lock doors
A bit improvement on the old Linus L1. Shame the batteries aren't rechargeable.

Safe and very secure, easy to setup but I just don't find much use for it.
Smart-lock from a established brand, Yale of been around for eons and make quality locks. The smart phone setting are easy to set up and it's pretty intuitive. One major flaw is the lock is not cross compatible with all locks and needs to be setup and works best on specific barrel mechanisms. I'm struggling to really see a purpose for it, but I'm not really into smart phones and don't use them and have a little time for people who use them for everything from turning on their washing machine to booking tables and paying for food in restaurants. If your one of these people who's always loosing keys and forgetting to lock the door, (pretty irresponsible really) then it will work for you. It does set up easy and could be useful but I've since stopped using it and will probably pas it on to someone who will use it. It was also heavier than I expected, but secure and well made.

Premium Build, Smart Features, Just Be Mindful of Your Door Setup
As someone whoโs a bit obsessed with gadgets, I jumped at the chance to try this Yale smart lock and Iโm happy to say it mostly lived up to my expectations. First off, the build quality is exactly what Iโve come to expect from Yale. It feels solid, well made, and durable, with a reassuring weight that gives confidence in its long term reliability. The materials, particularly the alloy steel, add to that sense of security and overall it looks sleek without feeling flimsy. Setup was straightforward and hassle free, which is always a big plus with smart home tech. Features like auto lock, auto unlock, and the KeySense control work smoothly and genuinely make day to day use more convenient. Itโs clearly been designed with usability in mind. In terms of value for money, I think itโs a strong offering. Youโre getting a well built, feature rich smart lock from a trusted brand and it delivers on both performance and convenience. My only concern isnโt with the product itself, but with my particular door setup. Because my letterbox is quite close to the lock, I felt there was a potential security risk since the lock can be operated from the inside with a simple button press. Out of caution, Iโve temporarily removed it and plan to reinstall it once I have a new door without a nearby letterbox. That said, this is very much a situational issue rather than a flaw with the lock. If fitted on the right door, Iโd highly recommend it. Itโs a quality piece of kit that offers both convenience and peace of mind, as long as itโs installed in a suitable environment.

Front door got a smart brain
Fitted this after one too many mornings of checking my pockets like a panicked magician looking for keys. It looks smart in silver and does not make the front door look like a sci-fi escape room, which was a relief. The build feels solid, with a clean finish and a reassuring weight to it. Functionally, it is very handy. The app control worked well for daily use, and giving temporary access to a family member was much easier than hiding a key in a place everyone pretends is secret. The activity log is useful too, especially when you want to know whether someone has actually arrived. Installation was fairly straightforward, although the setup screens do require a bit of patience and careful reading. It is not the cheapest door gadget, but for the features and finish, it feels like decent value. Definately a convienient replacement for constant key juggling.
