Bought these following an ankle operation, so I would have a more comfortable shoe than a normal work shoe for my functioning foot while on crutches with the other foot in a cast. Once I got off crutches, I was able to wear both shoes. My post-op foot was quite swollen but the wide, comfortable fit meant I had no problems. They look discreet when worn with a suit, are super comfortable and I only wish they also did them in brown! I basically wear them every day and will continue to do so until they fall off my feet!

Just to concur with the majority of other reviewers - these trainers really are sublimely comfortable; almost akin to wearing your favourite pair of slippers. The leather has a quality look, is well constructed and can be easily cleaned with black shoe polish. The sole is thinner than most training shoes and I think it's the low profile of the sole that gives the supreme comfort the shoe provides. Recommended - treat your feet !

I bought these as a backup for identical pair that I already have. (They were on sale). These shoes are light, comfortable and versatile. It's a pity that they're no longer available in brown. The only downside is that the synthetic lining in the uppers can make your feet tired in warm weather.

Trainers that masquerade as proper shoes? That was the attraction and they do the job. Formal looking with the comfort offer by trainers. Worth it.

Bought as a gift for my father and he absolutely loves them. They look smart enough to pass as shoes and apparently they're really comfortable. He's delighted with them and we're thinking of buying another pair.

Absolutely lovely to wear, comfortable, like a pair of favourite slippers, wish there was more colours, would buy without hesitation.

Although these shoes were too big, we ordered a replacement in a smaller size which were perfect. A lovely pair of shoes and excellent service from the seller.

Desde el minuto uno estos zapatos-zapatillas se acoplaron a mis pies como si hubiera nacido con ellos puestos, y eso que presumo de pies delicados. Nada de roces, holgura correcta, comodidad total. Tanto es así, que me da la sensación de ir por la calle con las zapatillas de andar por casa puestas, digo, en cuanto a la comodidad, porque en cuanto a la estética, hay que reconocer que son de factura y diseño muy originales y quedan muy bien. Pueden usarse para pasear, incluso correr, como si tal cosa, y, a la vez, como son de cuero negro brillante y elegante, pueden usarse como zapatos de vestir sin mayor problema. Mi intención es usarlos a diario, para ir al trabajo (voy caminando) y espero que su duración y calidad a largo plazo sea igual que la que muestran en el primer instante. Eso sí, la calidad hay que pagarla y no se trata de unos zapatos precisamente baratos, pero en algo tan delicado como los pies, creo que no hay que escatimar.

Ich habe mir jetzt zum dritten Mal genau dieses Schuhmodell gekauft. Es gibt von mir eine uneingeschränkte Kaufempfehlung - natürlich auch vom eigenen Geschmack geprägt. Zur Verarbeitungsqualität kann ich positives berichten: Hochwertig, langlebig, gutaussehende Nähte, auch positiv ist die leicht geriffelte Sohle (nicht immer so bei Clarks). Der Schuh gefällt mir insbesondere auch durch seinen angenehmen Tragekomfort. Es gibt Schuhe, an welche ich mich nach mehrtägigem Tragen nicht gewöhnen kann - bei diesem Clarks fühle ich mich binnen 1 Stunde wohl. In der Ferse leicht gepolstert, weiches Leder ohne scharfe Kanten und Druckstellen. Ideal für mich persönlich. Deshalb: "Immer wieder, solange die Preise akzeptable bleiben."

Chaussures super top. Très bonne qualité et incroyablement confortable. Se porte aussi bien habillé comme en mode décontracté. J'en ai racheté une autre paire au cas oú elles ne se feraient plus apres..
