They are thick, malleable, and effective. I use them for sleeping, mowing the lawn, and sometimes when reading. I would definitely use them with confidence at a loud rock concert. The earplugs come in a handy plastic case with a film of plastic over them to keep them clean. The case is ideal for storing the ones you’ve used in the past, though admittedly, I often don’t do that. The good news is you can wash these silicone earplugs since they’re waterproof. I’m a side sleeper, so I agree with the ad copy that points out that the nonexistent long ends for pulling the plugs from your ears is a positive feature. The earplugs with the long ends for pulling do have their place, but not for sleeping or perhaps in other instances. These earplugs are free of BPA and hypoallergenic for sensitive skin. The clear instructions on how to use them are a nice touch, especially for people who haven’t used these types of earplugs before. From studying to swimming to sleeping, these earplugs from Welisten work great and are highly versatile.
