Multiple errors
I ordered 3” patches and received 4”. They altered my design without consulting. They put the loop portion of the hook and loop on the back of the patches. Now it can’t stick to anything. They didn’t get a lot right.

I am disappointed.
I am disappointed with the color of the patch. I requested a darker color green. It seems that it is an iron on patch. I wanted a sew on patch.

Not legible
Wish the seller reached out as the words are not legible, they are smooshed together… I had 2 words; 6 letters and 11 letters

Not as expected
If I could give a zero star, I would because it was not all embroidered. Only a select few within the design are embroidered. The rest is just print on.
