Washing Up Liquid Refill, Lemon & Aloe Vera, 5L

This is my first time buying the big 5L refill after always using the 950ml bottles, and I’m really glad we switched. It’s exactly the same Ecover quality I’m used to — gentle on hands, cleans grease well, and the lemon & aloe vera scent is fresh without being overpowering. The 5L container is much better value and lasts ages. I just refill my smaller bottle and it’s really convenient. The liquid itself isn’t too watery, and a small amount still goes a long way. Feels like an easy eco-friendly swap because it saves plastic and money at the same time. If you already like the regular Ecover washing-up liquid, the big refill is definitely worth it. I’d buy it again.

Really happy with this washing-up liquid refill. The 5L size is great value for money and lasts a long time, I just keep topping up my smaller bottle, which also helps cut down on plastic waste. The lemon scent is fresh without being overpowering, and the aloe vera makes it quite gentle on the hands. It cleans well and cuts through grease easily. Been using Ecover Non-Bio Laundry Washing Liquid for a while now, and it’s been excellent. It cleans really well, produces good bubbles, and leaves clothes feeling soft in the wash. The scent is fresh without being overpowering, which is ideal, and it works well even in cooler washes. Good value for money too, and the bottle itself feels sturdy and well-made — no flimsy packaging or leaks. Overall, a reliable, effective detergent that does exactly what you want it to. I was surprised by how much I love this washing up liquid, the lemon and aloe vera scent is so nice and refreshing. The 5L refill size is huge and has lasted me ages, which is great value for money. It's gentle on hands but tough on grease, which makes doing the dishes a breeze. I've even noticed that it leaves a nice subtle smell on my plates and cups afterwards. Nice scent and good price at the time of purchasing This stuff is just as good as the top branded stuff in my opinion, the only real difference I did notice is that it doesn’t lather up as well in colder water, but once the water was hotter is lathered up nicely and cleaned the pots, pans, plates ect ect very well. And when you work out the price of the large 5 litre container and say 5 litre’s of the top branded name-well this worked out so so much cheaper and does exactly the same job I found. I did get it on offer at the time though I must add and the offer was GOOD, But lately it’s a lot more expensive as everything seems to be though. But even so I’d still say that this would work out well cheaper than the branded name if they do it in a 5ltr container. Nice and thick to with an easy pour spout within the lid so to pour into more workable smaller bottles. Just slightly press the sides and it comes out fine, and do note I said slightly press the sides as over doing it you’ll end up with a nice mess to clear up. On whole i definitely do rate this liquid to be honest as I was very sceptical at 1st but as it was on a great offer I gave it a go and if it was naff then it would of being my new car washing stuff, but better than expected by far and was pleasantly impressed. 10/10

I really liked this washing up liquid. Smells nice, great foam. Dishes came out good. Didn't irritate my skin. It's worth buying all day long when you can get the 5 litre at its cheapest like I did. Got a little bottle and top up.

Great, definitely value for money. Cleans well and hands feel great after too. I’ve used fairy since forever and when fairy max came out that too for years. I’ve tried others but only ever stuck with fairy but went on to a small bottle of this to try as I was getting sore hands - washing and cleaning after a full house daily assuming the dry peeling skin off my hands and palms are largely to do with the amount of cleaning I do without gloves. Tried this in a smaller bottle and was happy with how it washes dishes so purchased it in this big bottle and I can say it definitely cleans dishes as it should without overusing doesn’t foam so much as the fairy but foams enough and most importantly cleans dishes. My hands do actually feel better and dry less with just as much washing and cleaning so for me it’s been a great change.
