I have a brother who I have a hard time getting along with. He tends to undermine me and use small past experiences as a weapon to power past my opinions on family issues. I bought this as a gag gift. Got a lot of laughs. I enjoyed this book so much I bought another as a gift for someone. I truly wish I had found this book as a teen...it would have helped me understand 90 percent o f my family members...maybe helped prevent a suicide that took place had we known how to deal with the issues that took place before the suicide.

Makes me think of my relationship with my own siblings.  Parents play a large part in how their children relate to each other. Healing is difficult but not impossible. You can accept your differences or remove yourself from the situation for your own sanity.
