Q: Are their products "fully" made in the usa or do they use material from china and or assembled here? thanks!

No! I emailed USA Pan directly and received this response on August 11, 2020: "USA Pan uses globally sourced steel, including steel manufactured in America." The products are not fully made in America.

Q: how many cups of batter would this fit?

If you are making a quick bread, you will have a batter consistency and the recipe will indicate the pan size for optimum results. When making yeast bread the size of the pan is determined by the amount of flour called for in the recipe. For example, a pan measuring 8 1/2" X 4 1/2" is used for a recipe calling for 3 to 3 1/2 cups of flour. A pan measuring 10" X 5" will be used for a recipe calling for 4 - 5 cups of flour. Using the wrong pan will affect the baking time and you many not get the results you had hoped for. This is an excellent brand of bread pans. I hope this helps you.

Q: Is this loaf pan good for quick breads like banana bread? Or is it better for a leavened dough?

I've made quick breads and yeast breads in this pan. It's perfect for either. I'm a baker by profession and I don't use any other pans. USA Bakeware!

Q: Do you stack them together for storage? I did only one time and the pan nested inside left marks in the bottom pan. ☹️

I stack mine and have never had any problem.
