It’s a struggle to use these. They do the job, but the buckles are tough on my ankle bones. I’ve adjusted and adjusted. I’m not sure these will work out. Still trying. BUT, they do work as advertised!

I ordered this item upon recommendation of a friend. I often struggle with keeping furniture covers and sheets from shifting and coming off. I have attempted many different solutions with little to no success. Other solutions were not able to keep a grip on thicker furniture cover material, and often would come loose on sheets as well. I was concerned that the clips would damage the cloth material, but based on other reviews, it didn't seem to be an issue, so I gave it a try and ordered one set to try. The clips appear to be strong, and the plastic inserts keep sharp edges from damaging the fabric. As a bonus, the included foam stickers keep the inside portion of the clip from rubbing against the mattress/furniture and causing damage. The length was perfect for the sheets, and had enough adjustability to properly secure the furniture cover as well. I decided to use the clips to secure the couch cover, which has been the most problematic. Normally, I need to readjust the covers each time someone sits on the couch, but so far, these clips have done a great job keeping the cover in place, and from my inspection of the connection points, did no damage to the fabric or the couch. I intend to wait a week to be sure these work as expected before getting another set, but so far, these have exceeded my expectations. My family now knows what I want for Christmas! ;-)

I was really excited to get these, but a bit disappointed after trying them out. The clasps gripped my jeans well and the strap was comfortable. I have one pair of lace up boots that these work well with, but most of the boot I own have a side zipper. The metal clasp against the zipper side cause extra bulkiness and therefore discomfort on my ankle bone. Giving three stars because I still wear occasionally with my one pair of laced boots, but would not have purchased if I had know I wouldn’t wear them with all of my boots.

I bought these so I wouldn't have to replace my mattress pad, which is only a couple of months old but is "lose" on my mattress. I was getting tired of having to pull the pad tight every morning when making the bed and thought about the sock clips my son had when in ROTC which clipped his socks to his dress shirt to keep it tucked in. These work PERFECTLY!!!! Just clip them on the pad about 10" down from the corner and attach to the other side of the corner (making a 90" angle). Now the pad stays in place and doesn't "buckle" after a night's sleep. Couldn't be happier.

These are terrible. The metal clips are MASSIVE and super uncomfortable. They cut into your foot/ankle when wearing.

Okay, let's get something out of the way: I don't wear boots over my jeans. Never have, probably never will. That bring up the obvious question of why would I need a product that holds your pants down so you can wear boots over them? Great question. See, I live in the NE USA. And right now, it's cold there. It's cold enough that when you take the food you just brought in from the car and load it into the freezer, you worry about it defrosting. Cold enough that when you work out you perspire sweatsicles. Colder than a witch's... uh, it's COLD. The point being, when you venture outside, sometimes you need to double layer. I wear sweatpants under jeans. And those sweatpants tend to ride up when the jeans go on. Do you like knee cuffs? Neither do I. So, what I do is I use these to secure my sweats, and then I put the jeans on. And for that, these work beautifully. The clamps are secure enough that my sweatpants stay put, and the plastic jaws are soft enough that they don't rip through. And if they don't rip through sweatpants, I'll bet that your jeans are going to be safe. You get two pairs for ten bucks. They're honestly worth that much each. Get 'em, and if all else fails you'll have suspenders for your chihuahua.

!st pair one clasp lasted 2 rides then the flew apart. The 2nd pair are holding up so far. Really not abusing them . Will buy a more quality material straps.
