Great Product! I needed a sensor to be used to release my door holder as I exit the door in my wheelchair. It's great because when I'm mostly down the ramp all I have to do is wave my elbow at sensor and the door closes behind me. All you need is supply voltage, I used 12vdc, and the signal wire output and your set. You can also touch the sensor to activate it. The range is adjustable from a few inches to 2 or more feet.

Just received and tested. The time and distance adjustment works as described. The unit is smaller than a normal single gang outlet box. If you are counting on installing to an outlet box you will need a backing plate/cover. Default color is blue. When triggered the color changes to green. The green stays for the entire ON timer. I'll report back if it fails early or doesn't perform.
