Hoping to return it. - Difficult to assemble because the plugs in the pegs wouldn’t stay in. Can’t tighten some of the screws completely because of this issue. The apparatus itself is flimsy making hanging wet clothes in abundance an issue. Wouldn’t trust the the ladder aspect of it due to all of the above mentioned. Also, the day after I received the product the price lowered almost $10... Might try again to disassemble it to return. Review: Exactly what I wanted - You do have to assemble this ladder. Mine came together pretty easily, but it was a little bit of a pain. Definitely easier and faster if you have someone helping you. I did mine by myself and was able to get it together. It's the perfect size for what I needed and has plenty of space to hang clothes. It folds up nicely and isn't heavy.
