My dentist highly recommends ACT, because I have apparently clinched and ground-down my enamel on my molars! Only 4-star review, because this bottle didn't have the squeeze for single-serving cap like the ones I normally buy (at Target store). This one tastes spicier than normal, even being alcohol-free. But it still makes my teeth feel smooth, before putting in my mouth-guard at night. Reasonable price.

I got this mouthwash because I was recommended by my dentist to use fluoride to help me with the cavities I have in between my teeth that are in the beginning stage. I hope this helps them stay small or go away. My mouth feels very clean after using this and I love that it doesn't burn my mouth like Listerine

This is hands down the best option if you want cavity protection but can't stand the painful sting of alcohol-based rinses. The Mint Burst flavor is very mild and pleasant, tasting more like sweet gum than a harsh antiseptic. The standout feature is the bottle design itself; you simply squeeze the sides to fill the built-in dosing cup at the top, which ensures you get the exact amount needed without wasting a drop. My teeth feel less sensitive after a week of use, and I love that I can swish for the full minute without my eyes watering.

This is ok, but the last Act alcohol free mouthwash was clear and gentler. This has a little bite to it.
