My wife has boots that zip down on the inside and she uses the Tuli's Heavy Duty GEL heel cups when wearing boots and finds that THOSE heel cups are just as pain relieving as these SILICONE ones but tougher on the edges so she can put her foot in the boot ( using the shoe horn ) much easier. Which size should I buy?** A: Depends how wide is your feet, I would get a size 6, plus a size 6 shoes to fit in for comfort. It seems a bit squashed but is still ok for my size 6 shoes. So I would say medium size should be fine. Besides, a 10-tear old should grow into a size larger within a year.
