perfect fit. It does look different from the original but it snaps in perfectly with out tools. Note: you will need a flathead to pull out the old one.

Good so far. Will update if anything changes. Good value tho. Make sure to lube up the lock mechanism while you have it apart.

This product does exactly what it was designed to do, actuate your door lock. I have a 2001 Ford F-250 Super Duty with the 7.3L Turbo Diesel engine. All told, it only took about 30 minutes to get the interior door latch disconnected and the old door lock actuator removed. The new part slid right into place on the door latch and everything went back together perfectly. The only thing I cannot rate is the longevity, as it’s only been installed for 1 day.

Might be one of the worst Amazon purchases I've made. Ordered April 2025, installed May 2025, failed June 2025. Less than four weeks in the truck, fewer than 100 actuations. Installation was straight forward, although the design did not match the OEM version that came installed on my 2007 F-250. Total time is probably 30 mins to get it swapped, but doing it once is more than enough. Not at all thrilled I need to replace it again, after less than a month. Would certainly consider looking for a different brand, if you're in need of a replacement.

awkward to install but not to hard, cured the door ajar warning and interior lights not turning off. Also cured the lack of warning when headlights left on which resulted in a flat battery a few times

I bought the first one roughly two years ago when I got my truck and the stock actuator (passenger side) didn't function. The first actuator functioned fine up until about two weeks ago. Decided to order the same replacement due to availability and cost. When I pulled the actuator I noticed that the mechanical "arm" had sheared off which caused it not to work. Decided to shave down the lock "knob" in case this caused it to bind and break as a precaution. New actuator is in- works as it should, hopefully will last a bit longer. Word to the wise- plug the electronic connector in prior to installing the actuator on it's mount.
