Organic Valley Heavy Whipping Cream, 8 Ounce

To me, milk is milk. The organic stuff, the regular stuff. $5 a half gallon or $2 a half gallon, it's all milk. I'm not sure I could taste the difference blind. With cream, the brand matters. I won't use the cheaper brands. Just this one, or 365 from whole foods when I'm there. Lasts well in the fridge too.

It is organic. Besides it is delicious. This brand makes lots of good stuff, I trust them.

The trick is before the cream sits out to long, you must whip it. Just like when something’s going wrong, you just gotta whip it.

This is good if you need it, and it is nice that it is a small amount if you don't need too much.

One of the best creams out there! I use it in soups.
