All the peanuts look great but I did crush most of them to make it easier for the birds. Visiting wood pigeon sucked these up like a vacuum cleaner. Good product at good price. Keep in mind 5kg of peanuts is more than 5 liter bag of peanuts. Review: Great nuts but packaging not ideal - These are great value and the birds love them. However, in my recent order the nuts came bagged in a kind of white plastic mesh material, which when you cut starts coming apart into little bits and gets mixed in with the nuts, which could end up being swallowed by the birds. It took a while to try and pick all the bits out. Please can you go back to using simple clear plastic bags for packaging. Thank you very much.

Good product and good value

Squirrel and bird approved - happy with purchase
If you want to compare the amount of peanuts you get per kg or in a 5 litre tub sold by volume not weight, Iโve measured what you get and this 5kg of bagged peanuts fills up a 5l tub plus another tub about 1/3rd full. Fun fact?! Have since filled up the squirrel proof peanut feeder on my wild bird buffet selection of various foods this afternoon and after a small bird visited for a snack, a squirrel arrived and happily nibbled through the wire to get at these peanuts, squirrel approved all good 5 star!
