Soak and cook in well salted water. Freeze in portions. Defrost for salad or hot dishes. Better flavour and cheaper than tinned

Having bought others through Amazon before, these are larger, better quality chickpeas. They make great falafel and houmous and are a wonderful ingredient in Indian dishes.

Really great quality Chickpeas!I soak them for at least a few hours in cold water, then boil them, and they are absolutely delicious.Will definitely order again.
