After checking the label inside the pants I purchased I can confirm that I did, in fact, order and receive a MEDIUM so that "small" reference on my review is incorrect!I LOVE these pants! I bought these for work and they are perfect. I do a lot of moving around all day. In fact I'm on my feet for my entire 8-10 hour shift. These pants are fantastic. They move with me and stretch with me as I'm going about my daily tasks. I don't have to constantly adjust them or deal with pinching or uncomfortable buttons one might deal with while wearing traditional "work pants". They are very much like yoga pants, but the bottom of the pant doesn't flare out as much as a yoga pant and the fabric is much more durable, and I don't know how to put this: "dressier" looking than plan cotton yoga pants. They are great if your work environment is one that has you dealing with a lot of physical labor or perhaps a uniform type dress code. These pants rise to just under my belly button and have a firming effect that is comfortable and not too snug, so they do give me some support in the waist area to cinch in a little and give me a nice silhouette. I've been asked by co-workers were I've gotten them because they look great and are so comfy (as I've told them as much). I had purchased the Teez-Her skinny capris first and loved them, now that our dress code has to go back to long pants (after labor day) I wanted to find those same style in a pant, and was very excited that Teez-Her has the skinny pant in full length. I was a bit nervous about buying these in the "short length" because I tend to have issues with petite lengths even though I am a short 5'1" tall. I have a longer torso so most petite pants have an inseam that is too short for me, but these fit perfectly. They hit me just at the right length so that I'm not walking on the pant hems. They flare a bit at the bottom and cover just the tops of my shoes around my ankle, with no overhang of the hem lines at the back of my heels so I can wear these with no adjustments to the hem at all. I plan to purchase another pair of the capris and another pair of these short length pants as well. I wish they came in khaki as I'm able to wear black or khaki at work. I purchased a large in the capris and found them to be an okay fit, but I certainly could have done a medium, so when I ordered these pants I did purchase the medium and they fit perfectly. I would estimate that the medium is a size 8-9 and the large is a size 10-12. They are machine washable and dryer safe so no dry cleaning needed, very convenient for me! I highly recommend these as work pants for those working in a setting with lots of physical labor and/or place of business that requires one to be in a uniform that looks professional but needs something comfortable for the long hours and dirty work you do. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My favorite and only pants. *by O***G on Reviewed in the United States on May 25, 2020* These are for me, the only pants I wear. Good for work, casual or dress. I find the fit good and the fabric is not bad. Over the years, they have made improvements, like the rear inseam is now protected from separating with a plastic strip. The quality of the fabric changes, from thin to average, but I am sure it has to do with the company that supplies/makes the fabric. I prefer the short length as it fits better than the long and though I have to have them hemmed, I still prefer these pants over all others. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Favorite pants ever!!! *by B***. on Reviewed in the United States on December 29, 2017* My favorite yoga pants ever! These are the only yoga pants I can wear. I wear them about 6 days a week, LITERALLY. I'm really short but also have big thighs and a smaller waist. I'm 5'1, 160 pounds and I'm a medium. They're so comfy! I love the waist band and how it hides my stomach and makes me look thinner.
