Product is great! All ages are able to use it.

Great training ball, sand prevents it from bouncing away, sturdy and well made.
I like that it's full of sand. I threw it at the wall. I threw it on the floor, and I threw it in the air. It uses all different muscles. I like it. I thought it would be bigger, like the one at my gym, but it is plenty big, yet small enough to use in Yoga and dance.
