Great function and cost!
I ordered these to use as deflators for my Jeep, to be used for offroad needs for lower tire pressure. I find the deflators to be nice quality, very fast, and about as accurate as a mechanical spring closure allows. You do have to manually set the final deflation pressure you want by manually adjusting the unit (and then you can lock it in with the included jamb nut). Once you lock them in, they are set but can easily be readjusted to whatever pressure you want. There are several good videos showing how to set these. It is as easy as it looks, maybe even more so. The included pressure gauge is accurate and well-protected by the rubber bumper, so hopefully will have a long life. The other accessories including extra valve stems and two different sets of caps, one set of 4 metal and another 4 plastic, are a nice addition. The case is not great as many note in reviews, but it will work for a while. I think these are a bargain all in all!

WELL MADE AND DOES WHAT IT'S SUPPOSED TO - AT A BETTER PRICE POINT THAN the BIGGER NAME BRANDS
Boulder Pro Tire Deflator Kit - Comes in a convenient plastic box with a snap lid, extra valve stems and caps included - just as pictured. Instructions are good, and the deflators are simple to set up. The quality appears as good and some name brands with much higher prices. When adjusting for the desired pressure the first time, I got more accurate, repeatable results by closing the cap (turning clockwise) about 1/8 - 1/4 turn when I first heard air bleeding out. The air bleed out will become slower as the pressure approaches your desired set point. I had to cup my hand around the deflator to hear when the air had stopped bleeding out. The gauge is pretty good, but sometimes gave inconsistent readings - usually within +/- 1 lb of the reading I got on the better quality gauge I keep in my tool kit. But, overall, I'm happy with the quality, the results, the packaging, and the value for dollar.

Good quality.
They work fine once you calibrate them to the PSi you want.

Very good service, great value!
Got these to help me deflate the tires more efficiently. Tested them out once at home (will use them in the summer), they seem to work fine. Can't compare as this is the only brand I've tried, but they seem very solid. They are significantly less cost than the Staun. I didn't want to invest so much in the Staun in case I lose them, that would be very upsetting. Also, was not sure if I would like them, so when i saw these, I went for it. I did have one issue which I will explain at the end. These are very simple to set. They do slow down when the pressure gets lower, but that seems logical to me. I just come back and let the last bit out myself to hurry it up. I prefer to double check the pressure anyway. I got these so I don't have to crouch by the tires for so long anymore because it's getting a bit hard on my knees. Also, if it's raining, it's nice to wait under the cover of the back hatch instead of getting so wet next to the tires (especially horrible when others drive by). I really like the small soft pouch, very pocketable. I compared the gauge with several stick ones, and it seems accurate. I do like like this gauge much better than the stick ones. However, too bad the gauge doesn't have a nub to help manual deflation like the stick ones have. I gave 5 stars especially for the service. They included a simple but informative instruction sheet. They also follow up with emails to make sure you are satisfied. The issue I had was that one of the deflators was not working. It turned out that it was a manufacturing defect, no holes in it. I took a picture of it to help explain, emailed it, and the response was prompt. They immediately sent out a replacement and threw in an extra deflator. In my opinion, it was just a fluke with the defect, it happens even with expensive stuff. The service was top notch though, definitely not a fluke. Thank you very much, very satisfied!

Excellent Tire Deflators for the Money
I frequently drive out on the beach to surf and/or fish (about 3-5 times per week.) Prior to purchasing these, I would either sit and deflate each tire by hand. It's slow and if you have any knee or back issues, it isn't comfortable. I purchased these as a Christmas gift to myself since they were on sale for $20. Setup is pretty easy. I first manually deflated one of my tires down to my desired pressure. (15 PSI for me). Screw the deflator on and slowly loosen the cap until you start to hear air come out. Tighten the cap just enough so air stops escaping. Tighten the lock ring to the cap and you're all set. What usually would take me about 15 minutes to deflate now takes five minutes. They are made of brass and definitely will hold up to the salty environment here at the beach. The kit comes with a tire gauge that's accurate within about 1 PSI of my other tire gauges. It also comes with a set of valve cores, a core removal tool, and two sets of valve stem caps. The carry case is a little flimsy, but the deflators come in their own little pouch that you can conveniently put pretty much anywhere (I keep mine in the sunglasses holder.) I do have one minor gripe: It's very easy for the lock ring to loosen, especially if you accidentally drop a deflator, and then your adjustment is now out of whack. Not a big deal, just don't be as clumsy as I am. All in all, I really like these and you can get 5 sets of these for the price of a set of Stauns (which more or less do the same thing). A couple tips I have: 1. Set your deflators 1 PSI lower than what you actually want. The last bit of air to get out of the tires takes a long time before the deflator shuts off. Once the air is barely trickling out, remove the deflator and you'll be right at your desired pressure. This saves you a couple minutes of waiting for the valve to finally close. 2. Don't use the adjustment cap to screw the deflator on, use the main body, otherwise you might accidentally make a pressure adjustment. 3. Always, ALWAYS check your tire pressure after using the deflators to make sure they are functioning properly 4. I'd recommend not driving with these deflators on. You'll run the risk of getting dirt/water/sand/mud in then and they may not work properly.

Not a dial and forget type. Bit of a faff to set up but ok when done. If different pressures are required for different terrain I.e. hard to soft or powdery sand or rock/mud you will need to set up different deflators for the different pressures then mark each individual deflator with the psi. No bar scale. Also the “hard case” is a pain because it is not stiff enough to work with the clips on the case. Spent a good 10 minutes trying to get them to catch and have only managed to lock 3 of the catches out of 4. 4th one is impossible to lock because the case bends so much.

Hacen de bien su trabajo y son fáciles de usar. Recomiendo revisar después de quitarlos que la presión que se busca sea la correcta ya que al usarlos la primera vez 2 de las llantas tenían un poco más de presión de la que se buscaba.
