Limitless Lash Mascara (After Midnight | Soft black)

I'm VERY happy with this mascara! I needed something for over 50. The first kind I tried was Primelash, which was ok, but Ilia is SO much better! It does have a scent, which might irritate people with sensitivities, but doesn't bother me in the slightest. Also, the two-sided applicator took a minute to figure out for me. I poked myself in the eye with the bristles the first time. But by the third day I'd completely gotten the hang of it. I curl the lashes first and put on two coats, using a lash separator in between coats. I use the short side of the applicator for the first coat and the long side for the second. The mascara lasts all day and into the night, with no flaking or fading. It comes off easily with warm water and facial cleanser, no pulling or tugging, no need for extra eye makeup removing products. I'm completely satisfied. Will DEFINITELY buy again!

This is my new favorite mascara, and if nothing changes, I will always come back to it! I just wrote a review for the OGEE concealer which is my other favorite staple, but I wanted to make sure to comment on this as well because mascara and concealer are my only daily essentials and once I find something I love, I'll stick to it like my favorite pair of pajamas. I've used several pretty good mascaras in the past, including OGEE's, but I wanted something more dark brown and that kept my lashes soft & closer to natural rather than spidery. I also wanted clean ingredients but not end up with raccoon eyes by the day's end. This one did it for me! It goes on my lashes very softly. One layer just gives a nice natural lash look with a bit of enhancement, but adding a second layer lengthens and makes them show up even more which is perfect for when I want a bit more "done up" feel. So overall I'm really happy with the quality of this and don't mind paying $30 for something good. I'm pleased to say I don't get raccoon eyes and rarely see any flakes under my eyes from it. My eyes are also sensitive so this is a gentle non-irritating mascara for me. Just be careful not to poke your eye because those bristles are sharp! :D ~ Stephanie

I seem to have an almost allergic reaction to most mascara brands. I've tried just about everything, including some of the most expensive options, but the only one I could somewhat tolerate was Almay. Even then, I still experienced a little irritation. After researching clean makeup brands, I came across this mascara and decided to give it a try. To my surprise, from the very first application, I felt no irritation at all. I had finally found the perfect mascara for me. Not only is it gentle on my sensitive eyes, but it also applies beautifully. It goes on smoothly without clumping, and the applicator is thoughtfully designed with bristles of different lengths. I use one side to help separate my lashes, and it works wonderfully. If you have sensitive eyes or struggle to find a mascara that doesn't cause irritation, I hope my experience helps you decide to give this one a try.

Wanted to try this as a more natural option especially since I have sensitive eyes that get irritated by almost all mascaras. Here are my thoughts so far: Irritation: So far no irritation initially but I will update later in the day if there’s any issue with it. UPDATE: ok so there is a little bit of irritation/itchiness that is noticeable throughout the day. It is less than other mascaras but it is not zero. Color: I was afraid it was going to be too brown but it is fairly similar to my black-brown telescopic mascara I usually wear, maybe a tad warmer. Doesn’t look any different when I applied which is good. Application: a bit thicker of a brush if you’re used to that (I was not) and it took about twice as many dips and swipes as I’m used to with my other mascara, and yet still only got a thin coverage. But it’s a new tube so perhaps it’ll thicken up as time goes on. A bit pricy but so far I’m pleased with it.

I absolutely love this mascara! My stubby eyelashes look long and full after using this and it is a clean non-toxic product. Exactly what I was looking for to replace my old mascara.

Loveeeee this mascara! It is so good!!! It makes my lashes long. I tried a mini at Sephora as a sample. Then bought the full size here. No clumps. Does not flake! Washes off easily! Very well! I enjoy 😊

Before I go all negative on it, I can say for sure that the look it gives you is natural and AMAZING. I honestly wasn’t going to do a review on this mascara since i had stopped using it but as someone who wears 5 different mascara religiously (every single day), it would be a disservice to the girlies to not to do one. First thing, ITS NOT SMUDGE/WATER/DUSTPROOF. I wore it to see Inside Out 2 (where i cried), the mascara itself looks really great, especially because the brush has 2 different volume settings allowing me to mix and match my lashes but by the end of the movie I wiped my eye and there was nothing there. Like absolutely nothing. As much as it is a great advantage in taking your makeup off flawlessly, it’s not the best mascara if you’re an eye rubber or regular tear dropper. I work 12 hour shifts and use this mascara on my bottom lashes, not even 3 hours into my shift i see mascara dots on my under eye.. anyways. Second thing. Smell is so bad. That’s it. that’s the end of the sentence. that’s how bad the smell is. One thing i will say is, if you accidentally poke yourself or get it in your actual eye, you’ll be okay. overall ilia gets a 4/10 for me. I’ve tried 30 mascara at this point and ilia is just not the mascara for me. I hope you have better luck!

Recommended by my eye doctor for sensitive eyes. Love the brush which applies just the right amount with no clumps.

Goes on well, doesn't run or flake, comes off nicely. Very natural looking. They go on about their brush, but I can't tell which side is being used, lol. I've always used expensive mascara such as Dior and Two Faced. This one easily surpasses them, and is much cheaper than those high end brands that clump and flake. I will stick with this brand.

Gives a beautiful looking lashes and you can easily wash it with just warm water
